Weekly Pilates Classes

Weekly mixed ability Pilates classes are held in Bodicote, Kings Sutton & Adderbury. Either sign up for the term or come along on a PAYG basis. All equipment is provided and each exercise is offered with lots of options so you work at the level that suits you.
