All classes are 'mixed ability' and so I cater for beginners through to intermediate in each class. Classes are small and I love getting to know you all. I try to tailor the classes to suit abilities of everyone attending and can adapt most exercises as required. Most members come along every week and I would definitely recommend continuity so you get the best out of your Pilates practice.
